Appointments
Dr. Taylor is able to see patients with urgent needs within 1 to 3 days . Patients may leave a message on Dr. Taylor’s 24-hour, confidential voicemail to request an appointment, to reschedule an appointment, or to cancel an appointment: (512) 343-8505. Dr. Taylor will personally return your phone call.

Emergencies
If you experience a life-threatening emergency, please call 9-1-1. Dr. Taylor requests that you call her voicemail and leave information about your emergency.

Payment
Dr. Taylor accepts credit and debit cards only (Health Savings Account or PayFlex) at the time of the appointment. Mastercard, Visa, and Discover are accepted. Unfortunately, American Express is not accepted. Also, please note that cash and checks are not accepted.

Please NOTE that, unfortunately, Dr. Taylor does not accept Medicare or Medicaid; therefore, she is unable to see clients who are on disability.

If you are a new patient calling to make an appointment, Dr. Taylor will ask that you contact your insurance company directly and address the following questions regarding your specific insurance policy.

1: Is Dr. Linda Taylor in my behavioral health network?

2: Do I pay Dr. Taylor a deductible ?

3: What is my co-pay or co-insurance for an outpatient visit?

4: Do I need pre-authorization for outpatient psychiatry?

5: Does my policy have any limitations , such as the number of visits per year?

6: May I have a reference number for this call?
