New Clients

Mission Statement

My goal is to ensure that you feel respected and understood. Compassion will help develop our relationship that naturally leads to trust. The trust we build leads to fulfilling your goals. I would also like to invite you, at any time during our visits, to offer feedback to me about how I may be more helpful to you. My ultimate goal is for all clients to experience complete recovery.

Regarding Your First Visit

If this is your first time seeking psychiatric care, I would like to assure you that my clients have remarked over the years how grateful they were that I was able to help them feel comfortable during their first visit.

Upon your first visit, a new-patient registration form will be provided for you. Downloadable forms are not needed. Therefore, it is not necessary to arrive early for your initial appointment, as the registration form is a single page only.

You will need to bring your current insurance card with you, along with your driver's license or state-issued photo ID.

To better serve you, it is important that you bring to your initial appointment all of your current prescription bottles, plus any over-the-counter medications, vitamins, or herbal supplements that you currently take. Also, if it is convenient , you may go to your pharmasist who will be happy to provide you with your Medication History for the past 2 years.

Please refer to the Policies page regarding your insurance and other questions you may have.
